What To Expect:

An Initial Consult for functional nutrition is scheduled for 90 minutes and is mainly an informational gathering session. We will discuss in detail your whole health history as well as determine what your health goals are. We'll also talk about your stress, sleep, support system, and sustenance. In addition to a nutrition-focused physical exam, we'll identify evidence of possible deficiencies, talk about your relationship with food, and discuss what your individualized plan might look like. Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes, where we dive deep into your nutrition. Expect to will leave your session with recommendations on nourishing foods, functional lab testing, and any clinically necessary supplements sourced through my private dispensary with FullScript.

During the 10 Minute Discovery Call, we will discuss your long-term health goals, define and clarify benefits of functional nutrition, and determine if we might be a good fit working together. In order to ensure you receive the highest standard of care, all clients must schedule an initial discovery call. Discovery calls are always complimentary.

Blood Chemistry Interpretation

Ever had labs done and be told "your labs look fine" but you most definitely do not feel fine?

Conventional blood chemistry reports don't always give you a clear picture of your OPTIMAL health, and instead base their ranges on the population of individuals who are within diagnosable ranges. Conventional medicine determines you are "healthy" as long as you don't fall into those diagnosable ranges, but optimal health has much stricter ranges of what is considered "healthy."

This *NEW* package offers the opportunity for you to upload your most recent blood chemistry labs for a review through a functional lens. You can choose to have your results evaluated and receive a detailed written report within 5 business days sent back to you using a HIPAA secure platform, or you schedule a 30-minute session to discuss the findings of your report.

Introductory Package

This is where your journey to healing begins! An Introductory Package includes one initial consult and two follow-up appointments scheduled every two-to-four weeks depending on personalized need. For those who are interested in learning how an integrative and functional approach can help create an environment within the body focused on healing. This time together may uncover the need for additional functional testing and therapeutic-grade supplements which are not included in the package pricing.

This is where your healing journey flourishes! When we work together, we work towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and that just doesn't happen overnight. With this package, you'll receive an initial consult and five follow-up appointments scheduled out over the course of 4-6 months. This package includes unlimited secure messaging between visits. This time together may uncover the need for additional functional testing and therapeutic-grade supplements which are not included in the package pricing.

Requires a more in-depth complementary discovery call, so please note you are interested in a corporate speaking event when booking.
